2 weeks ago dyno rod unblocked a waste pipe on the side of my neighbors house.
i thought very little of it until a few days ago my girlfriend pointed out what she thought was snow on one the spare bedroom window, the 'snow' was dried toilet paper!!
i went into my back garden to find that they had sprayed part of the back of my house and some of the garden, shed and barbeque in sewage and just left it.
I've been waiting 3 days for them to come and clean it up but still no one has arrived despite constant promises from dyno rod.
Is there anyone i complain to and am i entitled to compensation???

You might not like what I am going to say but here you go - why not give it a quick clean yourself with a hose. I guess it wouldn't take more than ten minutes and is considerably more cheaper than wasting time chasing them. No they shouldn't have left it like that. Yes they should call back but no, there is nothing in the form of compensation - because you haven't been injured or lost any money.
Quick clean and move on. Life is too short.

Hmmm, have you taken any photos of this? If not, you really should do as proof just in case.
If you do decide to clean it up yourself, be careful. Raw sewage can contain a significant number of nasty bugs, especially if it's been laying around for a while as it's a good breeding gound, though fortunately it's too cold for much to be happening this time of year. I should also point out that the risks are usually small, and chances are you won't have any problems, but you should be aware of them all the same. There is a very good reason why countries with poor sanitation have higher disease rates, and why people who work in sewer cleasing in this country have to have special notes in their medical files.
This isn't really my area of expertise, but I would definitely wear protective clothing if you have any - in particular goggles, facemask, gloves and boots, and disinfect them afterwards. And try and keep the spray to a minimum when using the hose.
Personally I WOULD keep on at Dyno-rod - covering the side of your house in a biohazard raw sewage is hardly acceptable!
