Broadband - looking for a new deal

I wonder if anyone can advise me please - I have been with Tiscali for a long time but recently the speeds have been really bad, so I am looking to change provider.
I am with Euphony for my telephone calls, and have just had a mailing from the consultant offering up to 20mb broadband with calls (Eves/Wkd) for £16.99. I have looked at the possible speed in my area and it is showing as 15mb, which is much better than the miserly 2mb I am currently getting.
Does anyone have any experience with this please - is this a good deal, or are there others out there that are better?
