I've gotten to the point with them that I take a screen shot of the beginning and the end pages of each survey I take, making sure the URL is showing in the screenshot. I keep all email invites in a folder in my email of surveys I've completed.
Makes it a lot easier to resolve issues when they arise. Well it does with other survey sites.

I have found them really good since joining last september had two cheques so far for £38 and £35 took about 4 weeks for each to arrive but no other problems and already only 20 points off next. FOund each time by time the cheque turns up not far off the next one - hope their not going be a problem now.0

well i remember the figure and im sure that it was that amount and it was definetely from the global test site - i wasnt sure what the equivalent rate was - if it had been 27points then i woudnt have done the survey
im not a member of toulna any more thank god
I think I had the same survey, when starting the surevy it had I would get 2700 points but the email itself from GTM had that would get something lie 50-70 points.
Think the 2700 was the company doing the survey not GTM as survye seemed to be on third party site not the usual GTM pages. SO the survye points mentioned where probably what would gt on their site.0 -
Dont know if this is just me, but i noticed that i had not been getting e-mail invites to surveys recently, so logged on and it showed i had missed a number of surveys, perhaps they no longer send out e-mails so maybe best to log on each day to check.Thankyou Sir Alex for 26 years0

, which arrived within 3 weeks ) Because of the current weakness of the pound against the dollar, we are getting a much better return. Where it was costing 2 dollars for a pound, now it's only about 1.5 dollars:T (and whisper this, my total hasn't reduced. I know I should tell them, and I thought I was an honest person, but I don't check that I get all my points........ I'm just making excuses aren't I?:o )
how many points do you need to get £1000 -
I had Lytham St Annes and Northamptonshire added to my address too, very strange!
Also, both myself and my daughter belong to Globaltestmarket and have done for a few years now and we've received our cheques fine, but when I logged in just now to change her address from Northamptonshire to our own, it said that 'only one person per household is allowed to have an account with Globaltestmarket.'
What on earth is going on there?Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0 -

Keep changing my address to that to - when you need to redeem points just go and change it back - seems to stay correct long enough to do that.
Just put House in front of your house number of something so that the address isn't quite the same , or abbreviate Road, Street etc.. on one address but not the other2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89
2013: £134.960 -
I, too, found that I had Northamptonshire inserted in place of my county. My town was replaced by Saxmundham, though, not Lytham St Annes! Luckily the street and postcode were left alone, so it reached me OK. I hadn't noticed the altered address until I got the confirmation email.
So, if you are requesting your cheque from GlobalTestMarket, check your address beforehand!0 -

I did a search and this was the thread near the top.
I have not issues with getting paid (so far) but i always check my address on any site before i submit my payment request.
On a negative side i have notice a lot of errors when doing there surveys. I spent 30 mins doing one for it to have a error and when i submitted a enquire they came back with a short unhelpful message. I have also have 115 points go missing for 2 surveys i completed and not had $7.50 worth of points added for a telephone survey i did and when i sent a enquire about that i never got a reply.Jan Wins: .0
