Waiting on mine since a similar time, also mine too has had to be 're-issued' owing to a 'glitch', after reading other peoples comments about waiting for checks since january, i sense all is not well in the Global house!!!!

Just checked my account and they'd added Northamptonshire and Lytham St Annes to mine too!! Must be fairly recent though as I redeemed my points on 18 Feb and I've received that cheque with the correct address details on. Don't really understand why they would alter details

I have just tried to redeem some of my points and they have added Northamptonshire and Lytham St Annes to mine as well. I have changed my address and I have checked again that they have the correct address, but again Northamptonshire and Lytham St Annes are still in my address  its very strange.

Seems to be a common problem with the address being changed but once I'd changed mine back it has been fine, just got another cheque today for just over £33, which is a lovely feeling as I just opened a new bank account and need to fund it.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

they appear to be quite dense - you email them for instance about points missing and they reply back saying if your having problems with the survey then try later - duh !!!!!!!!!!!!!

further to my above comment regarding points they now state that they cant do anything unless i forward them a cpy of the email envite. i have mentioned to them that i prob deleted the email in question or as may have been the case the invite appeared on their site and no email was sent to me as a few people have commented on

think its a scam really and they seem to be all polish or eastern european
  • They're really mucking about at the moment. I keep getting error messages when i'm one page away from completing a survey. this has happened about 5 times and there's nothing you can do about it, you click on the email link and it says youve already been screened out. They took an extra 50 points out my account just after i'd requested a payment so i had minus 50 and they keep changing my address to lytham st annes! they used to be my favourite survey company, so i really hope they dont go to pot.
