when i moved to my house 7 1/2 years ago the previous tenant bought a car and never paid for it. We had debt collectors letters etc and in the end bailiffs turned up. I showed them mine and my girls passports though the window (closed of course). They werent happy as my eldest also called the police, and said my um is being shouted at by a big man. They sent 2 cars as she cried onthe phone, and it was very scarey. Needlest to say i passed on the details on the details of their new address, and that was the last i heard from them.
Hope your successful with getting it sorted, the person concerned will eventually slip up. And hopefully they get all they deserve.

Hi, i used to work for a DCA many moons ago and to be honest they used to make us say we was sending someone around and never did, if they do turn up tell them to sod off they have no power at all! if you search online there is a letter you can sent to the DCA which shows they are harrassing you and that no DCA can come to your house - if i find it i will post it up for you.Is a Bipolar bear 0 0
