    They should pay to get someone to collect it, repair it and deliver it back. I heard that you are expected to return it to them though.

    As I understand it the Amazon, Richer Sounds and John Lewis warranties exclude accidental damage ..... probably important if you're going to use this TV with a Wii ! I bought this TV from Comet at £329 but bought their warranty as it covers accidental damage for the full 5 years.

    I have this TV and it is excellent. I bought it for £370 about a month ago from Dixons. It's a steal at £329 and with a 5 year guarantee at John Lewis. I read on another forum that John Lewis are expecting to recieve 1000 of these TV's on 1st December.
