I found the broadband performance quite average, not really worth £14.99/month. When I requested a MAC code they offered me a more expensive deal! How is that supposed to retain me as a customer? Now happily with O2 at half the cost.0

But I love my Tiscali

As an ex-orange customer, Tiscali are basically amazing in comparison.
You mean there are:
1. Phone queues to get to talk to someone longer than Tiscali's?
2. Customer Service Advisers who know less about the contract you are on then Tiscali's?I'm not cynical I'm realistic
