Ebay is stupid sometimes. Did you get an e-mail when the bidder asked about postage? If so, check if it has his e-mail address and reply directly via e-mail if you can.

I think they have stopped doing that. Does the buyer have anything listed at the moment at all? Maybe you could reply to the 'ask a buyer'. Have you tried clicking on the number beside his name and then 'contact member' link in blue to the right.

Alternatively you could add in blue bold to the bottom of the listing 'Shipping to Australia is xx' and then he will know it is for him.
