Plus customers have a dedicated call centre in the UK, and Premier a seperate dedicated centre, yes. Calls to Direct Financial Services (lending and account openings, option 6 on the phone banking menu) are handled in the UK also.

i've got the Plus and I've been finding their telephone customer service top-notch to be honest. they are fantastic - know what they're talking about, helpful, if they can't answer a question immediately they will ring me back.

Thanks for telling. I actually wanted to upgrade to Plus account but I found that I could not benefited anything from the Plus apart from the better telephone banking and 31 days limited travel trips. Hopefully, it will have something better like Ultimate Reward Account such as Price Promise and Mobile Insurance then i definitely going to upgrade it
