Not managed it yes Skinty-went yesterday and didn't improve much-I'm going to run again tomorrow and then I am going to the gym for a trial Sunday. I am thinking that changing my route may make it a bit easier as my run is a tiny bit hilly and that makes it harder...Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0
