I don't agree that everyone was being greedy for wanting more than one set, christmas it just around the corner and these would make great gifts. I just ordered one for me but if others wanted more why not? The chances of them honouring this were very slim anyway I think.

Not greed, they make ideal xmas presents at a cost I can afford as I am on a low wage. Hence any offers I see that I deem reasonable and won't be wasted, I'll go for.

Don't forget, there is not only this forum, there are thousands out there.

It sounds like they won't sell at that price anyway, I can imagine Waterstones will be ringing a lot of people up tomorrow, from the posts on page 1 that say they'll contact you to ask if you want the items at the right price or cancel the order.

Hi thanks for great post even if it doesn come to anything was worth a try. I ordered one of these for myself as an early christmas present. Received the order confirmation but then subsequently received the same e mail as everyone else! When you look on the site it still says order in progress tho and the price is £6.99 it just says waiting for supplies from supplier (probably not worded like that tho lol!) so you never know stranger things have happened!

Well I gave up as soon as they started sending out the "supplies from supplier" email and cancelled my order altogether, at least it stops them charging me full price

there is an issue with the supplier actually i ordered full price harry potter set at around £80 back in late september still not received its on order from supplier but i ordered this also we will see what happens!
