Is my existing mobile '3' contract still legally binding

Karlos, how long did it take until you sent the email and got a call back. so overall how long did it take?0 -
They offered to review my case and give me a decision within 10 working days (they used the full amount of days to make a decision) but at least you get somewhere with them, unlike when you use the customer helpline! That's just 200% waste of anyones time!!
