download Crapcleaner from www.ccleaner.com and run it

    if Xp then download Ewido

    http://www.ewido.net/en/

click on the update button on it when installed and update the definitions

boot your PC into safe mode

and then run Ewido, let it delete everything by ticking the box that says carry out this action with everything

then run your anti virus in safe mode as well

That file is almost certainly a trojan downloader. You don't want it. I presume you are choosing the Zone Alarm option to "deny" it which is good.

Where is it on your PC? Do you know?

    It's probably in Program Files.

Go to your Add/Remove Programs and - IF you find it listed there - uninstall it.

Also go to your Programs Files folder, find that file and delete it.

You sound as if you are otherwise OK so that should do it.

Let us know if you are having any other problems.

EDIT - hey, Browntoa - you got faster typing fingers than me! Hope the holiday break's going OK for you too.

do the safe mode thing after downloading ccleaner, ccleaner will remove all the temporary internet stuff where it is hiding, then safe mode will allow the spyware programs to remove them properly, Ewido is good at removing Trojans wgich is why i recommended that

Safe mode in XP....tap the F8 key as your PC boots up. You wil get a menu of options. Choose safe Mode from there.

Program Files....go to your main C: drive, look for a folder called "Program Files" there. NOT the folder called "Programs F" if you have one. That's different.
