I had one of these from O2 for about 24 hours before I sent it straight back. They sent it to me as a replacement (which I agreed to) for the far superior Sony Ericsson Z520i

The NEC 411 is really unuser-friendly to use and it's worth noting on this model that the Bluetooth facility will only enable you to use a Bluetooth headset with it and not transfer data etc.

The main selling feature for the phone is O2's exclusive I-Mode which I didn't get to test, but I understand you need to suscribe to it.

Even though they sent me one of these for £79.99, i'm thankfully now back to the Sony Ericsson Z520i and wish i'd read these reviews for the 411i before i'd accepted it.
