Kaupthing breaking fixed term account discussion

Hi
has anybody else tried to close there account with fixed term savings recently?
its now been 24 days with me :rolleyes:
Monday the 20th October is the day i tel to break my fixed term account with Kaupthing Edge (ING)
I have also sent various secure messages to say when can i see my funds being transfered to my normal ke account so i can bacs or chaps my money back to my nominated account, each time we have no time scale for you
how many other people are at the same stage as me?
(this is not the same as waiting for chaps or bacs transfers to come;) )
