I think the FSCS could have sorted out these accounts and dealt with them more fairly. For instance, those with only fixed rate bonds yet to mature should have been put to the end of the queue (since these peoople are being paid interest). At some later point, when I have the energy, I might take this up with them.

The whole system has been GROSSLY unfair.

It is very unfair, but I do know of a few with very large amounts deposited who were paid early in the process (not me I hasten to add) so not sure what to think.
