When you look at the " no 2nd email" poll even allowing that some people who have received their money no longer visit, it seems that the statistics point to the fact that the FSCS are not being totally honest

Still no second email for me, however my gf's mum has had her second email over the weekend (or friday) we initiated her claim and all you can do is wait, printed out the confirmation process screen just incase it never arrives!
