Yippee - just had my 2nd email and I think all went smoothly. One thing I wasn't sure was after the process, I tried to log in again and not only did it let me, but all my 3 accounts were still there, apparently still able to be initiated again. I'm now wondering if I did it right. I got the final page 'Claim Confirmation', but others have spoke of a confirmation email - and I haven't had that yet.

PS As you were - now received a confirmation email. Good luck to everyone else who is still waiting.
