Somehow I do not think they had.

Seems daft having a system in place without testing the practicalities of it.

Easy to set up a system, difficult to implement it without frightening the horses (ie joe public) by asking for a response to guage reaction times, etc.

Under the circs, consider FSCS has done pretty well and responded in less time than originally forecast, as evidenced by the increasing numbers of people who have already received 2nd emails, banked proceeds, out celebrating, etc.

None of whom yet include me, sadly......................
