Was not sure if it was allowed in the forum but if it is I will include the address and the ebay ID that the bidder was using even though it is not active they may try a similar acount name

before offering 2nd chance offer, email your 2nd highest bidder and pull the contact details, maybe even phone them to check then out. But it looks suspicious. New ebayers don't usually bid £400+ on their 1st purchase.

I bid vey nearly that much on my first ebay transaction, and it all went very smoothly.

After all, if you first use ebay specifically to look for a high value item, then you're going to end up with a high value first transaction.
