That's another week I nearly missed, but as Essex girl said, better late than never ! At least I do have a plan, even if I never get around to posting it...
Friday - was corned beef hash - veggie hot dog and potatoes for DD
Saturday - was angelnikki's jambalaya (southern fried quorn burger for DD), and very nice it was, too - thanks for the inspiration
Sunday - scouse (chips and beans for DD)
Monday - HM pizza
Tuesday - sag aloo (batch cooking)
Wednesday - Weezl's turkey korma (yum again !) from freezer - eggs, rice and beans for DD
Thursday - vegetable pasta bake
Baking - we had hobnobs, cheese and onion scones, the pineapple upside-down pudding is but a distant memory, the bran flake cake has just been cut into, and fruit scones and polenta biscuits will hopefully follow before the day is out...0 -
