Yes, no problem. It is quite a low-fat one as I am trying to trick my DH into losing some weight. Goes as follows:

700g passata (I usually use tinned tomatoes, whizzed in the food processor)
    2 tsp brown sugar
1 lemon - grate the rind and juice it
    2 garlic cloves
1 red chilli (I find some dried chilli flakes work fine too)
    small bunch of parsley, chopped
75 g bread (recipe says white but I normally only have brown)
    250g lean minced pork
    1 small egg
    300g pasta
    2 tbsp freshly grated parmesan
salt and freshly ground black pepper

    Serves 4

Heat the passata in a pan with the sugar and juice of the lemon. In a food processor, whizz the garlic, grated lemon rind, parsley, chilli and bread until it is a crumbly mixture. Add the egg and the mince, and whizz again very briefly to blend - don't overdo this as you don't want the mince to become mush.
Make small balls out of the mince mixture and drop them into the gently simmering tomato sauce - cook on a slow simmer for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile cook and drain the pasta.
Mix cooked pasta, sauce and meatballs together and put into an ovenproof dish (I use my Remoska for this these days). Top with the parmesan and grind some black pepper over. Bake in the oven for 20 mins (at 200°C)

    Bon appetit!
