Where should I post my SOA??

Thanks. I already have a CCCS reference but they couldn't help re: my VAT post above. could I go online at their site and enter my reference number and edit my financial statement myself? and would this then be accpetable to then approach my creditors myself and use my CCCS ref? - reason i ask this is because since speaking with the CCCS i have since spoken to my own Accountant to sort out my income NET of VAT and sent my financial statement directly to my creditors myself. - however some of them have accepted, some have refused and some have said they would reconsider it if it was via a 3rd party. hence considering churchwood.
Hi sorry, cant really answer that one, would have thought if you've alraedy sent them your statement directly, you would'nt be able to use your cccs ref if you are'nt using them if that makes sense.
Not sure however using a commercial firm would be any more likely to make your creditors accept.
Sorry cant help more.DMP Support Thread Member 238

Hi welcome , just a quicky , you seem to have car car you pay insurance for and park which doesnt need tax or an MOT ,
when you re post your SOA add these as well as your credit card APR's , are any of them 0% , can you shift anything at all?
How many people/animals is the Groceries etc, for ?
Are you claiming all your entitlements ?
Can your partner take on other work , even if it just mystery(sp) shopping or doing daily clicks its gonna help

thanx. yes makes total sense.churchwood have already said my creditors will freeze interested and accept whatever they offer
. i guess this is NOT the case then?
ref to numpty - I have 2 properties ( does that change things?? - churchwood said no it shouldn't!!) so that is why the mortgage is so high. - the second property has a tenant and it pays for itself. - i cant sell it yet beacuase there is a redemption penalty on it. so wouls actually be worse of.
I also have 2 dogs and a cat which ishy the pet insurance is so high and i work from home which is why the phon is so high. btw that figure includes internet too:jAnother day, another dollar lost.0 -

OOPS. The car is leased. thats an extra £220 (ex VAT) per month. they pay road tax, maintenance, recovery etc.this makes my SOA even worse. !!!!!!!!!!!!
2 adults, 2 dogs and a cat on groceries. - im pretty sure my accountant is lookingafter all entitlements etc.
cant shift any of the CC's. - they are all maxed out.
what is mystery shopping ? daily clicks??Another day, another dollar lost.0 -
You say the mortgage on the second property pays for itself and you would have a redemption penalty if you sold up..... how would that compare to the equity you would realise if you sold it? How many of your debts would it clear?
It might be an initial hit to take, but the reduced obligations might make it worthwhile.
Sorry if this turns out to be a bad idea, but once you allow for the repairs, maintenance etc on the other property, is it really not just another liability you cannot afford right now?
Good luck xSome days, it's just not worth chewing through the leather straps....

try that link for daily clicks ,
in a nut shell , you join a site and each day visit it and click on a link to another site , and you get 1p or more depending on what site etc , it does add up .
At the moment I'm awaiting a cheque for £25 from one site and a £10 HMV voucher from another.
the link should tell you who pays what at the moment,
okay so you have to sit at the PC each time "wasting time clicking on stuff" as Ive been told by people,
but hey one of thems getting an HMV voucher for xmas this year paid for by me clicking whilst reading my emails each day.
Also look at the up your income thread on the forum thats got more on mystery shopping, ebay , amazon and much more.
If you decide to sign up to any cashback sites for clicks or more why not use the refferals threads and help someone else out.

maybe, however in the current climate and after legal fees there would be very little left. - and probaly wouldn't even pay off 3K to the debts. but i am thinking, longer term, the only way to get out of this situation ultimatley is to hold onto the property and hope that the proprty will realise some equity. then the creditors will get more of their money. - the alternative is they force me into bankruptcy and they get less!
i think paying someone like churchill, to allow me to get on with running my business, is the best option??
it's been a full time job recently speaking to all my creditors.Another day, another dollar lost.0 -
Well whatever you decide to do Lostboy, good luck with it all.
Can't really give any useful advice to be honest, as I struggle managing my own finances.

I am in debt of about £16,000. I contacted Churchwood and even pay their initial £250. They seems not to be straightforward in their dealings with me. Their reviews is not that great on this forum.
Personally, my target are;
1) To get the interest Frozen and
2) Not to include my wife's details( I owe Not her)
Churchwood is looking at IVA for me while i personally prefer a DMP.
1) Can i do DMP by myself?
2) How long could this take?
3) Whats the magic of getting the interest frozen?
Help please0
