Where should I post my SOA??

I have just joined the forum and I'm looking at using Churchwood. However, reviews are looking grim for them. I have an SOA where should I post it please?

Post your SOA on this thread.
Do you have to pay with Churchwood?
You would be better using one of the free ones, either Payplan or CCCS.

Yup! The calculator most people one he forum use is here:

    http://www.makesenseofcards.com/soacalc.html

If you use the 'MSE' button in the 'Format results for discussion board' section near the bottom, you will be able to copy and paste the results right into a new post in this thread.

  • Hello, and welcome to the forum

Yes, post your SOA here. You would be surprised at the help posters can provide.

Also, PLEASE do not pay for a DMP. Look at CCCS or Payplan. Both other FREE IMPARTIAL Dmp's.

Go to cccs website and fill in the online debt remedy, it will advise what the best course of action is, and you can follow everything through online without an appointment. I set up my DMP like this without speaking directly to cccs, they send you all the relevant paperwork and a ref number.
If you need to speak to them directly after you can get through to someone who will already have all your info.
I found it a very quick process.

  • other info is that I am self employed and VAT registered. when I contacted CCCS they were very helpful but not equipped to deal with VAT. and to have another appt with them would mean waiting 8 weeks. - i cannot wait that long. not least because my creditors and one in particlaur has now ripped up the loan agreement and threatened to take further action unless i make full paymeynt (£7500) by december 14th.

Thanks. I already have a CCCS reference but they couldn't help re: my VAT post above. could I go online at their site and enter my reference number and edit my financial statement myself? and would this then be accpetable to then approach my creditors myself and use my CCCS ref? - reason i ask this is because since speaking with the CCCS i have since spoken to my own Accountant to sort out my income NET of VAT and sent my financial statement directly to my creditors myself. - however some of them have accepted, some have refused and some have said they would reconsider it if it was via a 3rd party. hence considering churchwood.
