I know a bit about pcs the basics really but every time i go to my OHs parents i have to keep solving little problems but as i only go round every few weeks sometimes they need something sorted quicker i was wondering if anybody know and good free easy to use remote access programs so i could fix there problems from home. I will only use it a few times a year so dont want to pay there are a few on file hippo but throught you guys may know which are the best.

sorry new to this do i install the software on my pc and the pc i wish to remote control do i need the ip address of the other pc if so how do i get it.If ive helped click thanks it will make me smile

crossloop - install the software at both ends, on the parents end, they will get a unique number for the session, phone or message them to get the number, enter numbet at your end, click connect.

Do they work in the same way i have heard of log me in do i install on both computers and input a code on mine from the other one.If ive helped click thanks it will make me smile

Install logmeinfree on both PCs. On the pc you want to access, install it whilst you're over there, register, then you need to disable it and basically add it to your computers list, enable it, then you can access it whenever the other pc is connected to the internet. I have it installed on 6 pcs now, for family and friends. You need to open Log mein on your pc, by entering email address and a password, then when you choose the pc you want to connect to, you need to input an access code - I just have a really long password that only I know.My suggestion and/or advice is my own and it is up to you if you follow it, please check the advice given before acting on it.0
