Update from the Joint Supervisors Wednesday 3 August 2011
For clarification purposes, the Joint Supervisors wish to make clear that media reports claiming that "savers" with less than £20,000 are receiving all their money back and all those over £20,000 will receive 85%, are mistaken.
As stated in the Scheme of Arrangement approved by the members and creditors,
Savers with total holdings of shares and loans up to £20,000 have received 100% of their shares and 85% of their loans and
Savers with holdings of shares and loans above £20,000 have received between 77% and 85% of their total holdings before deducting any individually agreed voluntary deferral (Max 4.2%)0 -

Some interesting information from Mark Orr re the Secretary which comes as no surprise. As for DETI they are still trying to pass the buck. Always blaming others:eek:. Always the perfect Department!!0
