Names of PMS Directors as for all company directors and details of other directorships they hold should be on the DETI website.
Strange the Credit Union and Industrial Provident Companies section of the website is currently unavailable.

Wendy Austin - Talk Back Radio Ulster asked Stephen Walker (political journalist) about PMS being discussed in London today -
Answer was that Minister Arlene Foster was pleased with today's meeting and there will be a further meeting in three weeks time!

Listen again - approx at 1.10 pm Radio Ulster

Hope this helps all those who are anxious at this time.
  • I would appreciate Arlene Foster being a bit more explicit - I don't know that her being 'pleased' does a lot to reassure me - we don't know what definite progress has been made and quite frankly three weeks is another quite lengthy delay when added to the time we have already spent waiting for good news.
  • This further delay smacks of sheer spite, nay even malfeasance on the part of HM Treasury and the powers that be.
    Why the further delay?
Why not more information about their report to the working party, and practical help from PCI?
On whose ringing endorsement we naively put our money into the PMS.
Has anyone out there actually received a “hardship grant”?

We are being tortured at this stage – either because they can do it and basically don't give a damn.

Or because there is something monumentally bad at the heart of this situation which the powers that be - Church and State - are doing their level best to cover up.
Church sources claim there is a general investment fund worth £43m and an estimated £20m in other reserves. The church has other assets — a site in Lucan, near Dublin, is valued at between £4m and £6m." The Sunday TimesDecember 28, 2008 Liam Clarke

Posting personal details of PMS Directors will result in this thread being shut down.

Nothing was posted which can't be easily found through Google.
  • I understand that PCI has been pressing Government for a response on PMS - there appears to be a statement on the PCI website. Unfortunately can't access it for some reason - it's on the right hand side at the top of the page.

Understand how people feel - we're all getting weary of waiting. Seems a long time since all this began.

Still think that, when this IS resolved, PCI owes it to itself, to its members and to the general public to discover the truth about the management of PMS.

PCI supported PMS but PMS also looked for that support - thus, PMS directors need to be accountable.
  • Just found this statement - issued by General Board yesterday. Go to PCI website - click on "Press Office" from list on left hand side. Statement should be there
