Belfast Telegraph today informs us that DETI minister Arlene Foster is not going to introduce legislation for IPSs bringing them under FSA until this winter.
I am confused. I thought that that legislation would have been one of the planks needed to save our sinking PMS.
Mark Durkin thinks that it could be speeded up. I agree.
