Got my email too, woo! I didn't call or email them so I imagine everyone who's not yet released for dispatch will be getting the same email.

I only ordered 3 things but I don't mind waiting.

i think it is really really good that they are honouring it and does wonders for their customer services and brand name. I for one would definitely shop at superdrug.com again, and thanks to this glitch I'm now registered etc. with them. plus they have all the money that people wouldn't have spent usually, so whilst not making quite so much profit as they should, I'm sure they are making some. Go superdrug!!

At first i thought i bet superdrug have lost thousands but when you think about it i know myself i would have not gone onto superdrug website and bought these items (i didnt even know superdrug had a website )so just maybe they are in profit to what they normally sell .No wonder they are saying in emails your delivery may be delayed there must be at least 10,000 people placed an order that night when there was a glitch ,i know at times that night the people viewing this thread was 9.000
