Superdrug 3 for 2 glitch online, buy 1 get 2 free!!

just rung my bank, the money has left my account ( i thought it hadnt) but so far superdrug havnt called for or collected the money, so its kinda in limbo!!! order still showing in progress.

ok i emailed them about 15 minutes ago asking....

"i`ve just tried checking staus of my recent order . . . ref number *****, and find that your site says my new account has been suspended,
wondered if you can enlighten me as to why this is the case."

wouldn`t it have been polite to offer some explanation, as a matter of good faith and customer relations ?
or is superdrugs as a company only interested in selective acceptance of orders placed ?

if for some reason my order is not to be accepted then i expect a full and immediate refund of all monies charged to my debit card, and an explanation, via email, as to why this is the case, so that i may pursue the matter further if needs be. "


and ive just recievd this reply....

so it looks that although order may be slightly delayed, it will be fulfilled after all, gotta say full marks to superdrugs for their super speedy response

sorry i should add... i`ve just had a further email to say that apparently my password had expired ?... lol
and its been changed to `superdrug` , so for those that cant log in to check order status, try using superdrug as a password then change it in settings
