Just had my first order!! and im very happy!! just going to check its all there etc but looks fine!!
Mad house - I first ordered it on mon 1st (night) and dhl tried to deliver on the 5th but i wasnt in so only just got it today! but otherwise it would of been really quick. You will get a email saying if there is any out of stock things and also then one when its been dispatched and you should get it the next day!!!

i guess that this is a freebie if you are placing a smaller order and it could be used to make up the difference in weight. they are not going to give free delivery - why would they as they have to pay dhl for every package that goes out....
please do not be unfair - this company gives excellent customer service and products are all at a huge discount.
if you add products to basket and select which delivery option then it will tell you how much delivery will be.

Agreed. You can get free water by going to your tap. If you want premium bottled water then you need to realise that it costs to be packaged and delivered to your door.0
