    Look on ebay for "camelback"........ see if you can get a bargain!


    edit - scrap that! too expensive! just use a water bottle, tell them it's ribena!!

    So the nagging worked then! good good!!

    y'know what spudly... you're gonna look back on 2009 and think what a fantastic year it was!!! you came to a meet (which was a big step we know) you did a 10k, established some existing friendships onto a whole new level... it's brill!!

    Well, you know what they say about becoming 40....life begins :D

    Actually, my dad never made it to 40, so I'll do the 10k for him and start living a little, rather than having regrets ;)
