I did think that Spud......it is cheaper to buy two nights so you would be better booking two nights and then seeing if someone wants to buy a night off you....

    How blinking stoopid tho
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

The price seems to have gone up to £32 per room per night. Very confusing

Maybe they could all enter the kid's race ;)

Anyone wanting to do the 10k and has not booked will need to book pretty soon...taken from the website....

He added: “We are now down to our last 3,000 places. It’s incredible to have such support at a time of such economic uncertainty, but we are definitely going to sell out and it is now only a question of how long. I would urge anyone thinking of taking part to sign up as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Also for inspiration the Leeds 10k was voted in the top 10 of runs to do:

Probably the best race you will ever do is the 10k. It's long enough to provide a real challenge but not too long that it becomes a test of endurance. Whether you are a serious runner or eager to do your first race, the 10k offers something for everyone. Best of all, you can train for one in as little as two weeks. The only question is which one to do.
