Umm I think a cheerer if that's ok?

That's fine. I'm still deciding whether to run/walk or not

i have decided to eneter a local 10k which is on the 12th of april... i have contacted the organiser and told him i will be coming in around an hour and a half, and was this okay, or would everyone have gone home!? he said it will be fine, there will be sweeper runners to ensure noone is left behind (sweeper runner actually from my runclub, so that will be nice for me, someone i know!)

So i have upped my training plan a lot and need to gain a mile a week between now and end of the month... had been pretty happy at 3miles for aaages now, so glad to have to push myself...

did 3.5miles last week in 54mins, which i was pleased about...

this weekend i managed 4.5miles in 1hr 1 min and 30secs... yay me!!!

onwards and upwards... hope everyone elses plans are going well?

Dunno Maz:confused: I know you booked a room - is it at the travel lodge....I can book one for me and Bunny. I was looking yesterday but BB said she had booked the merrion and I wasn't sure who had booked what.

I am quite happy to book a double and then we have another room anyway, cos I have a feeling the rooms will get booked pretty soon, I just need to know which one.

As for bringing Erin I know Spud is bringing her DD but she is not stopping Sunday night, not sure about the Sat night. I am pretty sure we will manage between us.....bring her...

Yep, I'm planning on bringing DD. Still not sure whether to enter her, or leave her to cheer. Probably wont risk losing the entry fee if they check on her age, and leave her to look after the cheerers

We definitely cant stay on the Sunday night, but planning on staying Saturday, if you all tell me where you're staying:D

What time does the race start, and how far is the hotel from the starting point? Dont want to be knackered before I start :rotfl:
