free samsung sgh-zm60 and money off my bill

My contract was coming to the end of its 12 months so I went to my local t mobile shop to see what they would offer me. I was given the samsung sgh-zmso and £6 off my monthly line rental which was the relax £15. so I now pay £9 a month and get 50 x-net mins and 25 texts and as i'm on the relax tariff my bills won't go over £9. I thought this was a good deal as the phone is a new model and is really good and I was advised by the assistant not to go for the d600/d500 and e350 as they have been reported to have alot of faults.
