heating Oil customers, a few tips for next year

1. Don't order oil in december unless you actually need it
2. If you have a 1/3 of a tank you won't run out in the 2 days we are closed
3.If you have 1500-2000 litres in your tank you DO NOT need a 500 litre top up, just incase.
4. The reason you might have to wait sometimes between 1-2 weeks at this time of year is because of the first 3.
5. If you run out it's YOUR fault not the driver

oysterman - Thankyou for your observation of ordering oil at Xmas. I can totally understand where you come from as I also work for an oil company and get loads of moaning from customers who cant get their oil the next day, or say they have run out and can only get 300 litres in the tank! Hope you have had a good break over Xmas. Just need to put up with their moaning in January!
