Hi :hello:. I just wanted to say hi and that I know how difficult is was for telling OH about the debt.

I had my Light Bulb moment in September and was on the verge of signing up for an IVA with a fee paying company . But if it hadn't of been for them, advising me to tell my hubby (needed info from him re mortgage), I would never have told him. In the end, I ended up telling him on the anniversary of my father's death. He thought I was having a bad day (tearful) because of that, but in truth it was because I had my debt hanging over my head. I took a deep breath and told him. He was very supportive, as have everyone on here been. I feel that I have a new 'family' now :grouphug::kisses: to everyone.

With his help, we went to the CAB and they gave me a leaflet for Payplan. I am now on a DMP with Payplan and feel like a big huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I know it is going to be a long hard road ahead, but with everyone's support I know I will be able to make it.

As long as you keep coming back to the boards, you will never be alone, there will always be someone to give you a hug or answer queries etc. I wish you lots of luck with your debt free journey
