Property will stay in the doldrums

right on cue - the cohorts have arrived to bail you out !!!!!!. how sad...
as i've said to you before (but again you invent and twist stories) property has been purchased in July and August - far from peak. price i paid is also unknown to you but they were purchased from a motivated seller, otherwise what would have been the point of buying if i wasn't going to make money!! it was also a good thing because it was a way to offset tax liability.
let me show you these to show that i think i'm quite well insulated with the current price drops. but i love bearish discussions because i can make some money. just don't like doom and gloom and the world will end ones, because it isn't

probably around a 4% drop from peak - but i bought in in July and August... this doesn't take into account new builds but it's only an indicator.
funny how you live with your parents, have never really had a relationship, struggle with personal relationships, live in Stockport and work for a local authority but are an expert on all things. i'm impressed!!!0 -

I doubt !!!!!!? has a job. He seems to be online 24/70 -
Im still waiting for ad44downey to answer my question:
Maybe some of you guys should read through her post history, she has made some very unpleasant and nasty posts - which seem to be ignored.
from what I have seen apart from NDG who has the integrity to understand situations - there are not many that see the stupidity of their thanking buddies.0 -

Nice to see Chucky is back with the personal attacks. He seems to have such a clear idea of the life and personal circumstances of an anonymous stranger on the internet. Perhaps he could get a job as a 'palmreader' for people of a masochistic bent ....
And Dan, I don't need to make any justification or offer any excuse for posting a lot on MSE. Why don't you go and audit all the regular posters here if it's such a fascinating point for you - I'm sure you'll find we all make plenty of posts during working hours. Go and take a dig at them, maybe you'll get the rise you want.--
Every pound less borrowed (to buy a house) is more than two pounds less to repay and more than three pounds less to earn, over the course of a typical mortgage.0 -

You had better be careful then, what with a pending recession and unemployment rising. As you seem to have the time to spend the whole working day posting on MSE, your probably not really required.0 -
i hadn't realised that living with parents, never having a relationship, struggling with personal relationships, living in Stockport or working for a local authority were insults.
it's ok for you to throw about untrue comments about being highly in debt or buying at peak or multitudes of untruths that you say - but when assumptions are made about you they are classed as abusive. what a strange man that you are...
from your last post i will take back the bit about working for a local authority. if you are unemployed i hope that you get a job soon!0 -

I'm constantly amazed at how much time I've been able to waste on the internet in every job I've been in since the internet was mainstream.
Noticed any other regulars that make lots of posts here over the course of a working day or are you just trying to get a personal dig in to wind me up in a roundabout way?--

Ah - just a personal dig then. Move on, before you get sacked for posting at work....--

Oh dear, I see !!!!!!? is having another argument  I can't see why he simply doesn't get along with people.
It's only a forum !!!!!!? not life, it's silly to hold grudges and emnities with strangers who you are never likely to meet, just because they make you look foolish. Tsk. Tsk.
It's a shame that !!!!!! doesn't put as much effort into his 'real' life as he does into his MSE life. He might then possibly settle down with a nice young lady (or guy if that's his bag) and get rid of a lot of the aggression he vents on we poor unfortunate MSE souls.
