arrggghhhhhhhhh every morning about now, my mobile which sits beside me on my desk, makes the speakers bleep like it's about to ring, I immediately think ITV!!!!! and I've spent the money before I even realise the bloody thing isnt ringing and that it does it every day :rotfl::rotfl:

Coffee and toast here please too if there's any going, I have just caught up last nights comps and have to make myself go out shortly as some stuff I really have to do (I'm not all that great about going out, we all have our little problems so nuff said)

If my lights not off in say an hour will someone please kick me
