So what is going to fall into the BR, loans, credit cards? but all have been paid until now, well that may make things easier for your OR then, have you got recent statements for CC etc?

Just 2 SL and a few bits and bobs, catalogue, which I get online statments for!! Tax credits overpayment bill, mobile phone bill, I have managed to save all the recent bills that have come in so guess that will help.

I do not think you have too much to worry about, you can a state you get online statements, but dont keep them he can then get those. Your wage slips he may not ask for but I think you should consider he will and get copies of them for at least a year. How long have you been on mat leave? are you being paid by your company?

On the tax credits not sure where I read it but there is something about that and BR, cannot for the life of me remember now, I think it has to have been put in writing etc. ie if I try to say in 3 months time right this overpayment needs to go in my BR cos it happened before BR they will say no as nothing has been said about it by the Tax Credit people, does that make any sense, I hope so.

Can you print off the online statements for the catalogues as I think he will want to know what you have spent the money on and when it was spent etc.
