As a computer engineer we use pen drives quite a lot. A bulkyish MP3 player type of one doesn't fit the bill for everyone. Plus the Sandisk is at least 15 quid more any where else and is a top brand.
Do you know the read/write speeds of this pen drive? Currently using Disgo Pro (super fast), but at this price may consider buying one.

    cheers!!!
  • A memory chip as big my thumb doesn't seem over large to me. And it has the advantage of carrying music about too!

The Cruzer Micro may be 5 quid more than the Medion MP3 player, but you can get the SanDisk MP3 companion (little more than £35) to plug the Micro into which will then play all your fav audiobooks/music/etc.

I have one of these so I can use the flash drive for work purposes (all sleek and compact) then slot it into the MP3 companion for music on the way back home after a hard slog.

Theoretically USB 2 should achieve transfer speeds of up to 480 Mb/sec, 40 times faster than USB 1.1.

just got this is the mail. its by far the best small flash drive i have ever seen. it comes with three different coloured skins too (very ipod). Its tiny about 4 mm high same as the usb plug and only about four mm wider. the photo on amazon does not do it justice infact it is a different photo to the one i have (correct name though). speed wise it took me a little over one minute to copy a 65mb on to it. the whole end section including the ring hoop glows green and flash when reading and write to the device.
  • Got mine in the post today.......!! absolute bargain...........!!very compact indeed.......just the right size and capacity......can't go wrong for £29.99 inc delivery...!!!
It takes 43 muscles to frown.........17 muscles to smile.......but only ONE CLICK to say THANKS..!!
