Try dealing with their customer service if something does go wrong. It's abysmal.

To quote the web - "In criminal law, fraud is the crime or offense of deliberately deceiving another in order to damage them – usually, to obtain property or services unjustly."

Whether you sign anything or not - it is still deliberate deception.

As suggested by middlepuss and derrick - try the retailer and see what they have to say - don't compound the issue with fraud.

Thanks for all your lovely messages, my lovely sister has given me her fridge after i got nowhere with the retailers so ithe broken one has gone to the scrap man. At least im sorted now
