It wouldnt be fraud if you are not legally signed up to it...
I thought fraud was an act of deliberate deception and that is exactly what you are trying to do
To quote the web - "In criminal law, fraud is the crime or offense of deliberately deceiving another in order to damage them – usually, to obtain property or services unjustly."
Whether you sign anything or not - it is still deliberate deception.just for info, the company who offered the policy was whirlpool and they knew about the existing problem when advising me.
And do they know your full intention to cancel the policy after you get the fridge fixed ??

Thanks for all your lovely messages, my lovely sister has given me her fridge after i got nowhere with the retailers so ithe broken one has gone to the scrap man. At least im sorted now
