Still one hell of a lot better than most other ISPs for the cash though I would say - downloaded songs from itunes in seconds yesterday - literally!

Couldnt recommend enough!

You might be unlucky. I'm been with ntl since the last century and, apart from one or two glitches, I've been happy with the service.

But, I might consider a move to Zen in the future if I ditch ntl for my TV and just have freeview.

I know several people with Zen and they are very happy with the service. :j Not the cheapest but reliable.

Freedom to Surf have proved totally useless, I agreed to change to their £14.99 a month service with a £15.66 additional charge to alter things in the exchange.

They quite simply could not connect me, but have still charged me on my credit card for the full amount, I must make my mind up soon about my new supplier!
