Infact, come to think of it, if customers werent happy with PG2009 they were allowed to change over to PP2011, cant remember the exact rules, and weather or not you had to change both gas and electric. Il enquire with my manager on monday.Sunny in Southampton.0

It was the price fix until 2010 that I signed up for not 2009....Also I pay my gas/electric by DD anyway and as far as I was concerned this is what would be happening.0
