I agree, NE may not be an issue. £105k for a 3 bed house seems like not a bad price if its in a good area. if you did get a huge amount off, lets hope no one in the road wants to sell or remortgage with a different lender soon, as the price you paid is their new price for their house (same sort of house of course).0
