Trading standards clamping down on rogue cashbacks

It would be interesting to see whether they expand their clamp down to unfair contract terms (eg you have to send a voucher with a copy of your m4 bill on the second Tuesday of the month at midnight while wearing a santa hat :xmassmile and have 24 hours to get your claim in - I exaggerate but you have all read them). That said, as the cashback deals rely on only 30-40% of claims going through (read this somewhere?) then it may then result in the offers being withdrawn or downgraded if they are forced to honour most/all.

Nice to read that. I wish they contact ONE STOP PHONE SHOP as soon as possible to stop so many innocent people sufferings as this company is behaving worst than a LOAN SHARK0
