Transferring files - easy transfer cable???
Comments
-
like ormus said - all you need is a crossover ethernet cable - just plugged into the ethernet ports of the each laptop. then go through the network setup wizard so you can file share between the two
START > My Network Places > Set up home or small office network.
Once you have set it up - find the folder you wish to transfer - right click > properties and select sharing option. (a small hand should appear under the folder/file icon).
to access the files go to START > My network places
and the new network should appear in there.Don't try to teach a pig to sing - it wastes your time and annoys the pig0 -
