Heatline Vizo Boiler

I have a heatline Vizo boiler that isnt producing hot water. he heating works fine but when we do actually get hot water it alternates between warm and cold. Also the boiler pressure is high (3), could the high boiler pressure be causing this and if so id there anything i can do to fix it??
