Me thinks this person needs a life, why bother to help people, if you cant not be patronising, its no help at all, it just belittles the person asking a question. This person obviously needs some people skills, to add to his ability to help people, and then he would be perfect....maybe

Hello Nickmack, thank you for your interest, I am not really sure its abuse, so wont report it, I just think the person concerned is a bit unpleasant in this instance. Clearly, I am not the only who feels it. I wasnt going to dignify the reply to his penultimate comment until someone else made their feelings known. Life is too short for unpleasant people )
