How do Board Guides and MSE staff get picked?

I know some staff like Andrea used to be just regular posters, and I was interested to know how BGs and staff get chosen?

When new staff are needed in the office the vacancies are usually included in the weekly email. We've had a few jobs in there in the last few weeks but applications have finished now.

I'm the one to speak to if you'd like to volunteer as a Board Guide but there's a long list and how we choose is based on many different factors.

Hi Eagle!

That kind of thing is emailed to the abuse team, which means Board Guides can't see it and they also can't PPR so I'm afraid your plans would be scuppered

Still, feel free to pm me if you are still interested and I'll add you to the list
